Does Quran Speak About Evolution?

Yes! 

The Quran does say something about the Origin of Life and its Evolution 

24:45 And God has created every animal from water: of them there are some that creep on their bellies; some that walk on two legs; and some that walk on four. God creates what He wills for verily God has power over all things.

2:164 Most surely in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day, and the ships that run in the sea with that which profits men, and the water that Allah sends down from the cloud, then gives life with it to the earth after its death and spreads in it all (kinds of) animals, and the changing of the winds and the clouds made subservient between the heaven and the earth, there are signs for a people who understand.

45:4 And in your (own) creation and in what He spreads abroad of animals there are signs for a people that are sure;

Allah invited humans to ponder upon His signs  and one of the most imortant sign is the Creation of Life on Earth.

...But..This origin and Evolution is not like what was postulated in Darwin's Theory of Evolution which has many Scientific flaws in it . Science has made revolutionary progress in recent years. The Modern Biochemistry completely rejects the idea of theory that life has any capability of originating itself on its own with any Intellectual designing by a Designer. For Instance the microscopic structure of a single cell is so complicated and the functions taking place in this tiny machine are highly synchronized that it is impossible to create even a single cell ...without..any intellectual planning and approach. The intelligence behind creation is the intelligence of a Master-Mind..The Creator, Only!

This Creator is the one who is very-well recognized by all its creation. He is the one who provides them with food and shelter and knows everything about them. Who is fully responsible for his creations...!

42:29 And one of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and what He has spread forth in both of them of living beings; and when He pleases He is all-powerful to gather them together.

6:38 And there is no animal that walks upon the earth nor a bird that flies with its two wings but (they are) genera like yourselves; We have not neglected anything in the Book, then to their Lord shall they be gathered.

11:6 And there is no animal in the earth but on Allah is the sustenance of it, and He knows its resting place and its depository all (things) are in a manifest book.

11:56 Surely I rely on Allah, my Lord and your Lord; there is no living creature but He holds it by its forelock; surely my Lord is on the right path.

16:49 And whatever creature that is in the heavens and that is in the earth makes obeisance to Allah (only), and the angels (too) and they do not show pride.
